The house renovation consisted of removing the rear exterior wall and door, which were replaced by bi-folds. Constructing new decking, pergola, stairs and paving. Internally a wall was removed and a new fold away laundry added. Finally new timber flooring was installed in the kitchen area and a large skylight to the lounge ceiling.
